Sliced organic vine ripened tomatoes, tangy parmesan cheese, Bermuda onion, kalamata olives, in a fresh basil balsamic olive oil.

Orange, lemon, grapefruit and lime segments over peppery greens. Cucumber, sweet bell peppers and red onions, with a mango vinaigrette, garnished with sweet potato straw.

Panko crusted fillets fried in olive oil served over romaine hearts, arugula and baby spinach with cherry tomatoes, pickled onions, cucumber and a dill yogurt vinaigrette.

Fresh seasonal berries over garden greens, toasted hazelnuts, herbed goat cheese, baby fennel and yellow peppers drizzled with a sweet black pepper vinaigrette.

AAA striploin steak and tiger shrimp rolled with leeks, carrots, zucchini, peppers, sesame, soya, onions with a Thai curry sauce.

Alaskan crab served with a mango red onion slaw, and cajun ranch dipping sauce.

AAA striploin on a Bermuda onion ring, goat cheese mashed potato, mushroom cap, topped with a creamy gorgonzola sauce.

Lightly dusted tender calamari tubes fried and served with a Thai sweet and sour sauce

Calamari, cheese ravioli and lobster bites, served with a cajun ranch and sweet and sour chili sauce.
